Hydrotherapy Temporary Closure

Update 20/6/25: We are pleased to confirm that the hydrotherapy centre will re-open Tomorrow Saturday 21 June 2025. The works continue to take place and we anticipate that the pool will return to optimal temperature by Monday 23 June 2025.

We appreciate that this closure has been inconvenient and disruptive to our members routines, and we thank everyone for their patience.

Update 18/6/25: Works are continuing, further updates will be provided soon regarding re-opening.

NOTE: Babies Learn to Swim classes will be running in the indoor pool from Friday 20 June until the hydrotherapy center re-opens.

Update 16/6/25: The works at the Hydrotherapy Centre are nearing completion, including the install of new blankets for the Hydrotherapy Pool.

We should have an update in the coming days regarding the re-opening of the centre.

We thank you for your patience and appreciate your understanding during this time.

Update 12/6/25: Remediation works on the hydrotherapy pool plant have been completed; however, some additional maintenance items that require further attention have been identified during this process.

These items will need to be addressed before we re-open to ensure that we can provide more reliable and stable temperatures than we had been able to achieve previously.

We appreciate that this closure has been inconvenient and disruptive to our members routines, and we thank everyone for their patience.

UPDATE 6/6/25: Remediation works are progressing well, however the contractor has advised that there have been some minor delays in the availability of essential parts.

It is anticipated that works will now be completed and the pool returned to service by late next week.

On Monday 2 June the Hydrotherapy Centre at St Mary’s experienced pool plant failure, which has resulted in the centre having to be closed whilst urgent works are undertaken to repair the failed equipment.

Unfortunately, this will see the centre closed for the remainder of the week, with a re-opening date to be confirmed shortly.

We understand and appreciate the inconvenience this disruption may cause to your routine, and we sincerely apologise for this.

During this period, we encourage you to visit our indoor Pool at Ripples St Marys or Ripples Penrith, both of which are open as per seasonal operations.
