Squad Timetable
To get the most out the Squad Program, we reccomend swimmers attend;
- Development Squad - 3-4 sessions per week
- Competitive Squad - 4-5 sessions per week + 1 Fitness Session per week (Gym access included 14+)
- Junior Performance - 5+ sessions per week + 2 Fitness Sessions per week
- Senior Performance - 6+ sessions per week + 2 Fitness Sessions per week (Gym access included 14+)
