St Marys Gym

The gym at St Marys boasts a comprehensive array of facilities designed to cater to every fitness enthusiast's needs.

We have a vaiety of cardio machines, treadmills, ellipticals, rowers and stationary bikes available to help members achieve their cardiovascular goals.

Strength training enthusiasts can take advantage of a vast selection of free weights, resistance machines, and functional training areas.

For those seeking a more guided experience, we offer a variety of Group Fitness classes led by experienced instructors, as well as the option to book a session* with one of our Personal Trainers, who can develop tailored fitness plans to help members achieve their individual goals.

With such a diverse range of offerings, our facilities ensure that all members have the resources they need for a complete and rewarding fitness journey.

Please Note, to ensure the safety of all members, age restrictions do apply to access to the gym:

      • Ages 12–13: Cardio equipment only and must be accompanied by a parent or have a supervised gym program in place.
      • Ages 14–15: Cardio equipment only or access with a supervised gym program.
      • Age 16+: Full access to all gym facilities.
