Exercise is a way for me to release negative thoughts and energy, clearing my mind. Boxing fitness classes were the best way for me to do that. I wanted to help others feel that same release through boxing and exercise in general. So, at age 41, I decided to go to TAFE for a career change and completed a Certificate III and IV in Fitness. I started teaching classes just a few months later, and I haven’t looked back.

Nine years later, I still love giving our members the best possible workout in every class I teach, and with every Personal Training session. I like to make classes and PT sessions fun but also challenging to create healthy hearts and bodies.

I have been a Personal Trainer for 7+ years, and am a 350+ hour trained Yoga Teacher.

I believe absolutely anyone of any age can benefit from appropriately programmed exercise and know live and breathe in the knowledge that exercise contributes to our overall quality of life.

I can help you safely learn skills to develop confidence inside the gym, which will help you in every day life. My training philosophy incorporates body positivity, acceptance and growth mindset principles to help you discover that long term health goes much deeper than how we look.

Training with me will be based on sustainable, progressive programming principles for your specific needs to help you reach your goals. I encourage a wholistic approach to your physical and mental health, so you can enjoy your life to the fullest.

I believe in a holistic, balanced approach to health and fitness—one that embraces both the yin and the yang. It’s not just about high-energy workouts or lifting heavy weights; mindset, recovery, and enjoyment are equally important. Training should build you up—not break you down.


I began my career in the health and fitness industry in 2014 at Ripples, starting as a Learn to Swim Instructor and Swim Coach. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for helping others live healthier, more active lives. That passion led me to further my qualifications, becoming a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.


I specialise in weight loss, muscle building, and boxing training. I love creating sessions that are challenging, empowering, and tailored to each individual’s goals. My aim is to help clients fall in love with movement and develop a lifelong relationship with fitness.


The most rewarding part of my role is seeing clients achieve their goals, grow in confidence, and realise their full potential.
Outside the gym, I stay active with my own boxing and yoga practice. I also enjoy hiking, cooking healthy meals, spending time with my family—and travelling whenever I can to explore new places and cultures.

I am passionate about safe, encouraging, uplifting, and environments for clients. I work with individuals and groups to improve fitness and wellbeing. I work towards building self-confidence and self-efficacy in clients. Programs are client orientated and tailored to the goals and considerations of each person.

We work together to find what works best and achieves goals. I have experience working as a personal trainer and group instructor, with older adults, and general pop. I am now with Ripples to continue the journey.

I believe a personal trainer should be engaging, client first, knowledgeable, and have the ability to educate clients to keep all safe and reduce risk of injury. Be present, observe, and assist in sessions. Keep the session relevant to the client's goals and needs.

The gym can be a daunting place, I strive to provide support so the process of starting or returning to the gym is seamless, and you can enjoy the outcome with no barriers.
